We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Controller to join our Controlling team with a focus on Commercial Organization. This role plays a critical part in ensuring financial transparency, supporting strategic decision-making, and enabling efficient resource allocation across the AOP Health Group.

- Ensure accurate and timely monthly and quarterly financial closings and reporting for the AOP Health Group.
- Conduct variance analyses and provide insights into financial results and trends.
- Prepare ad-hoc analyses, reports, and presentations, with a strong focus on the commercial organization.
- Review and challenge forecasts developed by business functions, ensuring transparency and accuracy.
- Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and other financial reports in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Act as a business partner to the commercial organization, providing financial expertise and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Contribute to the continuous development of financial tools, systems, and controlling methodologies.
- Analyze financial data flows within the AOP Health Group and drive continuous improvement in finance-related processes.
- Help shape controlling processes within a dynamic, international company and collaborate in a forward-thinking team environment.
Your profile

- Degree in Finance, Controlling, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in Controlling, ideally within an international corporate environment.
- Solid understanding of controlling processes, cost accounting, and financial planning.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics), Power BI, and MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical skills combined with a hands-on, solution-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with confidence in engaging senior stakeholders.
