Digital Transformation Project Manager

We are looking for a Digital Transformation Project Manager, who will serve as a strategic partner to the business and a hands-on leader in project execution. This role engages stakeholders across departments to shape digital strategies, evaluate new opportunities, and bring them to life.

What Your Day To Day Will Look Like

  • Advise business units on digital innovation opportunities and translate challenges into technology roadmaps and business cases.
  • Lead strategic workshops, stakeholder sessions, and feasibility assessments while monitoring emerging digital trends.
  • Drive change management and support digital adoption across the organization.

  • Manage end‑to‑end delivery of IT/digital projects, including planning, governance, timelines, budgets, and risk management.
  • Lead cross‑functional teams and vendors, ensuring collaboration, milestone tracking, quality assurance, and proper documentation.
  • Oversee user training and conduct post‑project reviews to ensure continuous improvement.

 

Your Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Business, Digital Transformation, IT, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role, such as Digital Transformation Lead, IT Business Partner, or Technology Consultant, with a proven record of delivering complex and innovative digital solutions
  • Intellectual curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset - seeking new approaches and challenging the status quo
  • Customer-focused mindset, able to proactively build bridges and communicate complex technical information in a concise and clear manner
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, change management and leadership skills, with experience leading cross-functional collaboration.
  • Hands-on experience in project scoping, feasibility studies, and budget planning
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum) and governance best practices.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle ambiguity and uncertainty in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industries is an advantage
