We are looking for a Director Global Brand Unit Intensive Care to lead global brand(s) within the therapeutic area and drive long-term value creation across the full brand lifecycle. The role is accountable for brand strategy, performance (brand P&L) and execution in close collaboration with cross-functional global, regional, and local teams.

- Develop and drive long -term global brand strategies and lifecycle plans.
- Lead cross-functional Global Brand Teams across integrated value chain.
- Own global brand performance, including P&L responsibility and forecasting.
- Define and allocate global marketing resources and guide regions and countries.
- Lead global launches, line extensions, and lifecycle management initiatives.
- Shape global marketing strategy and provide tools for the global marketing mix (4Ps).
- Partner with Market Access, R&D, and Business Development on evidence generation and growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key external stakeholders, including KOLs.
- Ensure timely performance reporting and compliance with internal and external requirements.
Your Qualifications and Experience

- University degree required; life sciences or business background
preferred. - Extensive experience in global brand, marketing, medical, or commercial roles in pharma/healthcare.
- Proven track record in global launches, lifecycle management, and P&L ownership.
- Strong strategic, analytical, and leadership skills in cross-functional, international settings.
- Excellent communication skills, high integrity, and strong compliance mindset.
