We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Controller to join our Controlling team with a focus on Headquarters and Research & Development (R&D). This role plays a critical part in ensuring financial transparency, supporting strategic decision-making, and enabling efficient resource allocation across the AOP Health Group.

What Your Day To Day Will Look Like

  • Ensure accurate and timely monthly and quarterly financial closings and reporting for AOP Health Group.
  • Conduct variance analyses and provide assessments of financial results and trends.
  • Prepare ad-hoc analyses, reports, and presentations with a strong focus on HQ cost control and R&D Controlling to support strategic and operational decisions.
  • Review and challenge forecasts developed by business functions, ensuring transparency and accuracy.
  • Support the creation of budgets, forecasts, and other financial reports in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
  • Act as a business partner for HQ and R&D functions, providing financial expertise and identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Contribute to the continuous development of financial tools, systems, and controlling methodologies.
  • Help shape controlling processes within a dynamic, international company and collaborate in a forward-thinking team environment.

Your Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree in Finance, Controlling, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in Controlling, ideally within an international corporate setting.
  • Solid understanding of controlling processes, cost accounting, and financial planning.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics), Power BI, and MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; confidence in interacting with senior stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); any additional language is an advantage.
