We are looking for a Senior Director FP&A & Finance Business Partnering to drive financial planning, performance management, and strategic decision support across AOP Health’s global organization. In this senior leadership role, reporting directly to the Group CFO, you will act as a key strategic partner across Commercial, R&D, Operations, and Corporate functions, shaping critical business decisions, supporting growth initiatives, and strengthening finance business partnering capabilities. You will play a pivotal role in building a best-in-class FP&A function and driving finance transformation across the organization.

Lead global budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes

Develop scenario planning models to evaluate business and market conditions

Deliver high-quality management reporting, KPIs, and variance analysis

Provide actionable insights on performance, risks, and opportunities
Act as a trusted finance partner to senior stakeholders across functions

Support strategic decisions including product launches, licensing, and M&A activities

Challenge business assumptions and drive value creation through financial guidance

Lead, mentor, and develop a global FP&A team (6 FTEs)

Establish standardized FP&A processes and strengthen business partnering capabilities

Drive implementation and optimization of planning and reporting tools (e.g., Tagetik, Anaplan)

Promote digitalization, automation, and continuous improvement in finance processes

Prepare presentations and insights for CFO, Executive Committee, and Board

University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field

5–10+ years of FP&A experience in pharma or life sciences

Proven experience in financial planning, business partnering, and decision support in global environments

Strong track record in building and developing FP&A teams and capabilities

Experience with planning and reporting tools (e.g., Board, Tagetik, Anaplan, Hyperion, SAP BPC)

Experience in M&A, product acquisitions, or launch financial planning is a plus
-
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to simplify complexity
Strong communication and presentation skills with senior stakeholder exposure

Fluency in English required; German is a plus

- Due to legal requirements, we are obliged to disclose the collective agreement minimum salary, which is EUR 70.910 gross per year, based on full-time employment. However, our actual remuneration packages are market-oriented and aligned with your qualifications and professional experience.
