We are looking for a Manager Quality and Partner Management who will ensure that our external partners operate in full alignment with GMP/GDP requirements and AOP Health standards. You will act as a central interface between internal stakeholders and global contract partners, safeguarding quality and regulatory compliance across the product lifecycle.
What Your Day To Day Will Look Like
- Negotiate, establish and manage lifecycle of GMP/GDP-related Quality Agreements
- Support partner qualification and re-qualification (CMOs, distributors, MAHs, consignment stocks, etc.)
- Maintain and approve product- and production-related data in ERP systems (Navision), serialisation systems and related tools
- Ensure structured cross-functional communication with Commercial, Supply Chain, Regulatory and other business functions
- Lead and conduct GMP/GDP audits at external partners; ensure effective CAPA follow-up
- Contribute actively to multidisciplinary project teams
Your Qualifications And Experience
- University degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Chemistry or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in a regulated pharmaceutical GxP environment
- Solid understanding of pharmaceutical quality management systems
- Proven experience negotiating and managing GMP/GDP Quality Agreements
- Experience conducting GxP audits is highly desirable
- Strong analytical thinking and structured, detail-oriented working style, even under stressful conditions
- Open-minded personality with a pro-active attitude and approach to problem-solving
- Excellent planning, communication and presentation skills with team-oriented mindset and ability to collaborate across departments (German and English, written and verbal)
- Strong MS Office skills (Office 365)

- Due to legal requirements, we are obliged to disclose the collective agreement minimum salary, which is EUR 45.080,- gross per year, based on full-time employment. However, our actual remuneration packages are market-oriented and aligned with your qualifications and professional experience.
