We are looking for a Senior Manager FP&A Business Partner, who will serve as a trusted strategic finance partner to Commercial and Leadership Team, driving financial planning, performance management, value-focused investment decisions, and financial system enhancements within a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment.

What Your Day To Day Will Look Like

  • Serve as the strategic finance partner to Commercial and Leadership Team, supporting key business and portfolio decisions

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes, ensuring alignment with corporate timelines and standards

  • Develop robust revenue and pipeline forecasts, incorporating pricing, market dynamics, and probability of technical and regulatory success

  • Drive performance transparency through KPI monitoring, variance analysis, and executive-ready reporting

  • Identify financial risks and opportunities and recommend actionable mitigation strategies

  • Lead financial evaluations and business cases for product launches, clinical programs, and licensing/BD transactions

  • Translate complex financial analyses into clear insights to support data-driven decision-making at senior level

  • Drive continuous improvement in forecasting accuracy and financial processes

  • Support financial system enhancements

Your Qualifications And Experience

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling or related field (CFA/CPA preferred)

  • 8+ years FP&A experience, including pharma/life sciences

  • Strong technical skills (Power BI, Board and Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred)

  • Strong financial modeling and business partnering skills

  • High analytical rigor, strategic mindset, and strong communication skills

  • Full professional proficiency in English

  • Due to legal requirements, we are obliged to disclose the collective agreement minimum salary, which is EUR 59,416 - gross per year, based on full-time employment. However, our actual remuneration packages are market-oriented and aligned with your qualifications and professional experience.
