In this role, you will shape the future of Rapiblyk’s US launch by leading the HCP strategy and driving a best-in-class omnichannel execution. You will bring our scientific story to life through compelling brand positioning, impactful content, and innovative digital engagement - building a modern ecosystem that inspires trust and drives meaningful connections with healthcare professionals.

What Your Day To Day Will Look Like

  • Set brand strategy, value messaging, and integrated promotional plans; partner with Medical and Sales for compliant execution.
  • Own end to end delivery of the annual brand plan to translate insights into strategy, define objectives/budgets/channel mix, align cross-functional teams and agencies, manage timelines and risks, and track KPIs to optimize performance against revenue, share, and brand health goals.
  • Build an omnichannel digital engine: journey mapping, content operations, marketing automation, media mix optimization, and analytics.
  • Lead congress and advisory board strategy; develop KOL content and speaker programs in coordination with Medical Affairs.
  • Establish measurement frameworks linking awareness → engagement → demand proxies; run test‑and‑learn to improve HCP ROI.
  • Govern agency/vendor roster, budgets, and SOWs; steward claims/substantiation through MLR and promotional review.

Your Qualifications and Experience

  • 10+ years of pharmaceutical marketing experience with multiple HCP‑led launches.
  • Deep digital marketing expertise (automation platforms, analytics, media).
  • Strong congress, content, and field enablement experience.
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • BA/BS required; MBA preferred.
  • Cardiology/critical care or rare disease experience an advantage.
  • Experience with co‑promotion and HEOR/medical collaboration an advantage.
  • US‑based; travel to key congresses, ad boards, and field meetings (~30%).
