In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing and delivering IT and digital projects on time, within scope and within budget. You will manage projects throughout their lifecycle, from initial concept through to completion, ensuring alignment with the organisation's strategic goals. You will work closely with technical teams, business stakeholders and external vendors to drive successful project outcomes.

- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, budgets, and risks.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in line with business objectives.
- Work with stakeholders to translate business needs and technical requirements into actionable plans.
- Set up governance structures and define roles and responsibilities.
- Manage risks, issues and changes, ensuring minimal disruptions.
- Lead project activities across teams (technical, business, and vendors).
- Use tools like JIRA, MS Project, or Trello for tracking and reporting progress.
- Monitor milestones and ensure projects stay on track and within budget.
- Ensure quality assurance, testing, and user training.
- Identify, mitigate and escalate risks or issues as needed.
- Ensure deliverables meet goals and formalize project closure.
- Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and report success metrics.
- Foster teamwork across internal and external parties.
- Facilitate meetings and maintain transparency throughout the project lifecycle.

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, project management, or a related field (PMP or Agile certifications are a plus)
- Proven experience managing IT and digital projects, from initiation through to delivery.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum) and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello, Azure DevOps, …).
- Technical understanding of IT systems, software development, cloud technologies, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex projects in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and managing resources effectively.
