We are looking for an Artwork & Packaging manager who will be responsible for the coordination, creation, and implementation of pharmaceutical packaging artwork. This role ensures that all artwork changes are executed accurately, in compliance with regulatory requirements, and delivered on time to support product supply.
What Your Day To Day Will Look Like
- Manage and implement artwork changes for pharmaceutical packaging materials
- Prepare, create, and finalize print-ready artwork files based on technical specifications
- Coordinate with contract manufacturers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure correct execution of artwork
- Take ownership of assigned products throughout the artwork lifecycle, including approval and implementation processes
- Support and actively participate in the packaging artwork approval process
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality (GxP), and company standards
- Maintain accurate documentation and version control of artwork files
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, and external partners
- Identify and assess feasibility of text changes and technical implementation requirements
Your Qualifications And Experience
- Experience with graphic design and artwork management tools
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical packaging and regulatory requirements
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex changes
- Good organizational, communication, and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure
- Familiarity with systems such as Veeva Promomats and ERP tools (e.g., Dynamics 365)
- Structured, proactive mindset with focus on quality, compliance, and continuous improvement

- Due to legal requirements, we are obliged to disclose the collective agreement minimum salary, which is EUR 45.080,- gross per year, based on full-time employment. However, our actual remuneration packages are market-oriented and aligned with your qualifications and professional experience.
