Senior Associate Tax

We are looking for a Senior Associate Tax to support AOP’s local and international tax compliance and to advise business operations on a wide range of tax‑related matters within a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment.

• Act as a tax expert and main point of contact for tax‑related matters
• Support local and international tax compliance, including direct and indirect taxes
• Prepare and review corporate tax filings, tax provisions, and VAT/GST returns
• Coordinate transfer pricing activities, intercompany charges, and documentation
• Liaise with tax authorities and external advisors across jurisdictions
• Support tax audits and monitor tax law developments
• Contribute to tax projects, process improvements, and automation initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree in Tax, Accounting, Finance, or Law
  3+ years of experience in tax (mid to large tax advising firm or corporate environment)
• Experience with multinational clients or in a multinational company environment preferred
• Strong knowledge of corporate tax and VAT
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) preferred
• Professional qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, Steuerberater, or equivalent) is a plus

• Due to legal requirements, we are obliged to disclose the collective agreement minimum salary, which is EUR 45.080,- gross per year, based on full-time employment. However, our actual remuneration packages are market-oriented and aligned with your qualifications and professional experience.
