Senior Manager Treasury

We are looking for a Senior Manager Treasury who will lead global treasury activities and ensure sustainable funding of our growth strategy. You will safeguard liquidity, manage financial risks, and act as a strategic partner for pipeline investments, licensing deals, and international expansion.

What Your Day To Day Will Look Like

Liquidity & Cash Management

  • Lead global cash positioning and forecasting (short- and long-term)
  • Optimize working capital and intercompany funding structures
  • Ensure sufficient funding for R&D, clinical programs, and operations

Financing & Capital Structure

  • Support debt financing and capital market transactions
  • Evaluate funding strategies for clinical development, M&A, licensing, and CapEx
  • Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions

Risk, Operations & Governance

  • Develop and execute FX and interest rate hedging strategies
  • Oversee cash pooling, bank accounts, and treasury systems
  • Ensure robust internal controls and regulatory compliance
  • Maintain strong treasury governance and support audits

Strategic Business Partnering

  • Collaborate with FP&A, Business Development, and Commercial teams
  • Support financial modelling and funding strategies for pipeline investments , licensing and M&A

Your Qualifications And Experience

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar
  • CFA, ACT, CTP, or similar certification is a plus
  • 8+ years of treasury or corporate finance experience
  • Experience in pharma, biotech, or life sciences preferred
  • Strong expertise in cash forecasting, hedging instruments, and financial modelling
  • Experience with TMS and ERP systems (SAP preferred)
  • Initial leadership experience and strong stakeholder management skills
  • Strategic mindset with operational execution capability
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment
  • High integrity and strong governance orientation
  • Strong analytical and risk assessment skills
