As a Group Accountant, you will be part of the central finance team and play a key role in preparing consolidated financial statements and ensuring accurate, transparent, and compliant financial reporting. In a dynamic, internationally operating pharmaceutical environment, you will contribute to maintaining the financial integrity of the Group and provide reliable financial insights to support strategic decision-making. You will work closely with local finance teams and local tax advisers as well as internal departments such as FP&A, Treasury, Tax, and Compliance.

- Execution of consolidation including intercompany reconciliations, eliminations, and foreign currency translations
- Processing of reporting packages from subsidiaries
- Reconciliation and alignment tasks across group entities
- Support in preparing annual financial statements under UGB and local GAAPs
- Implementation of Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements under IFRS
- Act as point of contact for accounting-related issues
- Enhance and further develop consolidation and reporting processes; assist in the implementation of new systems
- Prepare management reports and analyses to support decision-making
- Collaborate with auditors, tax advisors, and internal departments (also for Legal Entities)
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, UGB, and internal accounting policies
Your Qualifications and Experience

- University degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field and/or several years of professional experience in accounting, controlling and group accounting
- Solid knowledge of IFRS and UGB, and experience in consolidated financial statements
- Proficiency in consolidation software and MS Excel
- Analytical, structured, and proactive working style
- High level of accuracy, reliability, and teamwork skills
- German and English skills, both written and spoken

- Gross annual salary provided for this function is a minimum of EUR 75.000.- based on full-time employment (38,5h/week). Any potential overpayment depends on professional experience and qualifications.
